At Hays Engineering, we are looking for a Quality Manager to be part of the management team of an important industrial company that manufactures components for the automotive sector, located in the vicinity of Santander. Your mission will be to lead the quality team, maintaining direct contact with the client, leading internal and external audits, maintaining Management Systems and promoting some of the continuous improvement projects in the plant.
Profile:
- Technical or Higher Industrial Engineering
- Professional experience of at least 5 years in Quality Engineering in the automotive industry
- Experience leading customer and system audits
- Solid knowledge of the IATF 16949 standard and process indicators
- Knowledge of core tools: 8D, AMFE, SPC
- Fluent level of English
